EDEM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDEM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,872 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDEM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8061, LINC01946, and RNA5SP65. Each is linked with EDEM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDEM2-to-partner and partner-to-EDEM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8061 grouped by EDEM2-low versus EDEM2-high in SARC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDEM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDEM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
