Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDEM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,856 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EDEM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EFHD1, CYP20A1, and CPXM2. Each is linked with EDEM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDEM1-to-partner and partner-to-EDEM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EDEM1 versus EFHD1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDEM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDEM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
