EDDM3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDDM3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,369 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDDM3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP435, SNORD116-3, and VEZF1P1. Each is linked with EDDM3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDDM3A-to-partner and partner-to-EDDM3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP435 grouped by EDDM3A-low versus EDDM3A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDDM3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDDM3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
