EDDM13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDDM13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,269 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDDM13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAE1, ADNP, and EPM2AIP1. Each is linked with EDDM13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDDM13-to-partner and partner-to-EDDM13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EDDM13 versus SAE1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDDM13→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDDM13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
