EDDM13

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EDDM13 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated EDDM13 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher EDDM13 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EDDM13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and READ show a favorable association.

BRCA, ACC, and READ are the cancer types where EDDM13 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
