Across TCGA cell cohorts, EDDM13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,256 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDDM13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, and mRNA splice site recognition. Each is linked with EDDM13 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDDM13-to-partner and partner-to-EDDM13 results are reported.
