EDC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,872 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTDSPL2, ANP32A, and PHF5A. Each is linked with EDC3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDC3-to-partner and partner-to-EDC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EDC3 versus CTDSPL2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
