EDC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,338 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC2AXP1, MIR3667, and RNA5SP84. Each is linked with EDC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDC3-to-partner and partner-to-EDC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC2AXP1 grouped by EDC3-low versus EDC3-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
