EDA2R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDA2R mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDA2R-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, MEK1, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with EDA2R in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDA2R-to-partner and partner-to-EDA2R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by EDA2R-low versus EDA2R-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDA2R→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDA2R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
