The most reproducible EDA2R-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cardiolipin metabolic process, Cellular response to cell-matrix adhesion, and Positive regulation of G0 to G1 transition. Each is linked with EDA2R in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDA2R-to-partner and partner-to-EDA2R results are reported.
