EDA2R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EDA2R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDA2R-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNRF4, RAX, and UTF1. Each is linked with EDA2R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDA2R-to-partner and partner-to-EDA2R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNRF4 grouped by EDA2R-low versus EDA2R-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDA2R→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDA2R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
