ECT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,893 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL12_S38, SMC2, and SMC4. Each is linked with ECT2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECT2-to-partner and partner-to-ECT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ECT2 versus RPL12_S38 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
