ECT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,624 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1289-2, RNA5SP462, and MIR920. Each is linked with ECT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECT2-to-partner and partner-to-ECT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1289-2 grouped by ECT2-low versus ECT2-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
