ECSCR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECSCR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,554 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECSCR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK3, RASIP1, and TNS2_S120. Each is linked with ECSCR in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECSCR-to-partner and partner-to-ECSCR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ECSCR versus KANK3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECSCR→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECSCR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
