ECI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 166 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND5P7, MIR101-2, and SNORA1B. Each is linked with ECI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECI1-to-partner and partner-to-ECI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND5P7 grouped by ECI1-low versus ECI1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
