ECHDC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECHDC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECHDC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4ATAC15P, RN7SKP247, and SIM1-AS1. Each is linked with ECHDC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECHDC3-to-partner and partner-to-ECHDC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4ATAC15P grouped by ECHDC3-low versus ECHDC3-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECHDC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECHDC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
