ECHDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECHDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECHDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ER-alpha, MSH2, and BRCA2. Each is linked with ECHDC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECHDC1-to-partner and partner-to-ECHDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ER-alpha grouped by ECHDC1-low versus ECHDC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECHDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECHDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
