ECE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,769 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUP50, PLB1, and MST1R. Each is linked with ECE2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECE2-to-partner and partner-to-ECE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUP50 grouped by ECE2-low versus ECE2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
