ECE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ECE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,173 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIAL4E, DUOXA2, and GPR101. Each is linked with ECE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECE2-to-partner and partner-to-ECE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPIAL4E grouped by ECE2-low versus ECE2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
