ECE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,495 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SENP3-EIF4A1, NKAPD1, and OXSM. Each is linked with ECE1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECE1-to-partner and partner-to-ECE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SENP3-EIF4A1 grouped by ECE1-low versus ECE1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
