ECD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,358 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANXA7, KIFBP, and VPS26A. Each is linked with ECD in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECD-to-partner and partner-to-ECD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ECD versus ANXA7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECD→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
