Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,748 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ECD-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO36, PFN1, and HLF. Each is linked with ECD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECD-to-partner and partner-to-ECD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ECD versus FBXO36 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECD→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
