EBPL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EBPL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,748 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EBPL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RB1, RBM26, and DIS3. Each is linked with EBPL in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EBPL-to-partner and partner-to-EBPL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EBPL versus RB1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EBPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→EBPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
