EBPL

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EBPL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EBPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAK4, CGB7, and PMS2P2. Each is linked with EBPL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EBPL-to-partner and partner-to-EBPL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EBPL versus PAK4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EBPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→EBPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
