Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EBNA1BP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 431 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EBNA1BP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, MIR584, and MIR4769. Each is linked with EBNA1BP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EBNA1BP2-to-partner and partner-to-EBNA1BP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by EBNA1BP2-low versus EBNA1BP2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EBNA1BP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EBNA1BP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
