Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EBI3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,829 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EBI3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRAF1, WAS, and WDFY4. Each is linked with EBI3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EBI3-to-partner and partner-to-EBI3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EBI3 versus TRAF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EBI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EBI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
