EBI3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EBI3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,042 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EBI3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYP, DLX5, and GNRHR. Each is linked with EBI3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EBI3-to-partner and partner-to-EBI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EBI3 versus SYP in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EBI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EBI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
