EBI3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EBI3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EBI3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6893, APOOP5, and MIR4769. Each is linked with EBI3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EBI3-to-partner and partner-to-EBI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6893 grouped by EBI3-low versus EBI3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EBI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EBI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
