Across TCGA cell cohorts, EBI3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,392 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EBI3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction, Negative regulation of apoptotic signaling pathway, and Regulation of extrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway via death domain receptors. Each is linked with EBI3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EBI3-to-partner and partner-to-EBI3 results are reported.
