EARS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EARS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 435 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are H3C5P, MUC1, and INSIG1. Each is linked with EARS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EARS2-to-partner and partner-to-EARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H3C5P grouped by EARS2-low versus EARS2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
