EAPP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EAPP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EAPP-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAZ4, RBMY1B, and RBMY1D. Each is linked with EAPP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EAPP-to-partner and partner-to-EAPP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DAZ4 grouped by EAPP-low versus EAPP-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EAPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→EAPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
