Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EAF2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated EAF2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher EAF2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EAF2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and SKCM are the cancer types where EAF2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
