EAF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EAF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,230 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EAF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HCLS1, SAMSN1, and EVI2B. Each is linked with EAF2 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EAF2-to-partner and partner-to-EAF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EAF2 versus HCLS1 in SKCM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EAF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EAF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
