EAF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EAF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EAF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYZL1, ODF1, and REC114. Each is linked with EAF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EAF2-to-partner and partner-to-EAF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYZL1 grouped by EAF2-low versus EAF2-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EAF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EAF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
