E2F8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, E2F8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,166 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible E2F8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLSPN, LMNB1, and MKI67. Each is linked with E2F8 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both E2F8-to-partner and partner-to-E2F8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, E2F8 versus CLSPN in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (E2F8→partner) and Y-score (partner→E2F8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
