E2F7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, E2F7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,208 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible E2F7-associated genes across cancer lineages are S100A8, S100A9, and CFAP61-AS1. Each is linked with E2F7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both E2F7-to-partner and partner-to-E2F7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, E2F7 versus S100A8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (E2F7→partner) and Y-score (partner→E2F7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
