E2F7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, E2F7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,939 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible E2F7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM183A, MTHFD1, and CHAF1A. Each is linked with E2F7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both E2F7-to-partner and partner-to-E2F7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM183A grouped by E2F7-low versus E2F7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (E2F7→partner) and Y-score (partner→E2F7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
