Across TCGA cell cohorts, E2F7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,299 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible E2F7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sister chromatid segregation, Chromosome segregation, and Centrosome cycle. Each is linked with E2F7 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both E2F7-to-partner and partner-to-E2F7 results are reported.
