The most reproducible E2F6P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cellular catabolic process, Negative regulation of telomere maintenance, and Regulation of microtubule-based process. Each is linked with E2F6P3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both E2F6P3-to-partner and partner-to-E2F6P3 results are reported.
