E2F4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, E2F4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 12,748 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible E2F4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, TTN, and KCNH7. Each is linked with E2F4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both E2F4-to-partner and partner-to-E2F4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (E2F4→partner) and Y-score (partner→E2F4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
