Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, E2F3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,718 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible E2F3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPF, AUNIP, and NRM. Each is linked with E2F3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both E2F3-to-partner and partner-to-E2F3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, E2F3 versus CENPF in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (E2F3→partner) and Y-score (partner→E2F3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
