Across TCGA cell cohorts, E2F3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,429 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible E2F3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell cycle G1/S phase transition, Negative regulation of RNA export from nucleus, and DNA-templated DNA replication maintenance of fidelity. Each is linked with E2F3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both E2F3-to-partner and partner-to-E2F3 results are reported.
