E2F3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, E2F3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,255 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible E2F3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD11, TRPM6, and PPP1R10. Each is linked with E2F3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both E2F3-to-partner and partner-to-E2F3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD11 grouped by E2F3-low versus E2F3-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (E2F3→partner) and Y-score (partner→E2F3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
