E2F2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, E2F2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 114 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible E2F2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BNIP3P32, SNX3P1Y, and RNA5SP261. Each is linked with E2F2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both E2F2-to-partner and partner-to-E2F2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BNIP3P32 grouped by E2F2-low versus E2F2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (E2F2→partner) and Y-score (partner→E2F2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
