E2F1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, E2F1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible E2F1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, EGFR_pY1068, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with E2F1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both E2F1-to-partner and partner-to-E2F1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by E2F1-low versus E2F1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (E2F1→partner) and Y-score (partner→E2F1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
