DYTN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYTN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,510 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE12H, UBE2V1P5, and FAM177A1. Each is linked with DYTN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYTN-to-partner and partner-to-DYTN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAGE12H grouped by DYTN-low versus DYTN-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
