Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DYTN RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DYTN data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher DYTN RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DYTN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PCPG and ESCA show a favorable association.
SCLC, CHOL, and CESC are the cancer types where DYTN RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
