Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYTN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DYTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1_pT37_T46, N-Cadherin, and AMPK_alpha. Each is linked with DYTN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYTN-to-partner and partner-to-DYTN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1_pT37_T46 grouped by DYTN-low versus DYTN-high in SKCM.
