Across TCGA cell cohorts, DYTN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 560 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DYTN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of interleukin-1 production, Regulation of presynapse organization, and Regulation of voltage-gated calcium channel activity. Each is linked with DYTN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYTN-to-partner and partner-to-DYTN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of interleukin-1 production grouped by DYTN-low versus DYTN-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
