Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, DYTN mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,431 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DYTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are NADSYN1, RP1, and VEPH1. Each is linked with DYTN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYTN-to-partner and partner-to-DYTN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NADSYN1 grouped by DYTN-low versus DYTN-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
